THE FRUIT IS RIPE

Autumn’s fruit is ripe and sweet. Pluck the apples; taste the juice, before it becomes wine.

Trees are losing leaves now and first snow is coming soon. Let these golden tresses fall across your face, before every strand turns white.

The orchard ground pulls all into its bed of final rest. Before we fall below the land, will we have one more dance?
